We may disclose Personal Data to competent courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities or other public bodies where we are required to do so by law, court order or applicable regulation. This includes disclosures required under anti-money-laundering legislation.

Payment Provider Disclosure: When you use payment methods referenced on the Platform for Pakistani users (such as those processed via local mobile wallets or bank transfers), your transaction data is processed by the relevant payment facilitator. 13.2 If we become aware that a minor has registered an Account or submitted Personal Data to the Platform, we will close the Account immediately, delete all associated data (subject to applicable AML retention obligations), and forfeit any funds in accordance with applicable regulations.
