These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 777rx and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account on or uses the Platform.

The Platform displays account balances and transaction values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable and references familiar local payment methods for the convenience of Pakistani users.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

4.1 Age Requirement. To register an Account, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the applicable operator licensing jurisdiction. 777rx strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by a minor will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
4.2 Jurisdictional Restriction. The Platform is not available to users in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful or restricted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you. 777rx does not represent that the Platform is available or lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
4.3 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Multiple Accounts registered to the same person (whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address or payment method) constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.4 Self-Excluded Users. Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion from any gambling platform are not permitted to register a new Account. By registering, you confirm you are not subject to any active self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangement.
Note for Pakistani Users: Pakistan imposes gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable statutes. Eligibility for the purposes of these Terms does not constitute a representation that gambling is lawful for you under Pakistani law. You must satisfy yourself regarding your legal position independently.
5.1 To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide truthful, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested during registration.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If your details change at any time (for example, a change of address), you must update your Account promptly. 777rx accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information.
5.3 You must keep your Account login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777rx will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
5.4 You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777rx support immediately.
6.1 777rx is required to verify the identity and age of users as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification must be completed before processing any withdrawal request and may be required at other points during your Account lifecycle.
6.2 Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

6.5 777rx reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time, including for higher-value transactions or accounts showing unusual activity, in accordance with AML best practices.
7.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods listed as available in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods (including but not limited to bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, mobile wallets referenced for Pakistani user familiarity, or cryptocurrency) is subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Provider Notice: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are provided for the familiarity of Pakistani users only. None of these providers endorses, affiliates with or supports 777rx in any capacity.
7.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 777rx reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where third-party funding is detected.
7.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are specified in the cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. Limits are subject to change at the operator's discretion.
7.4 777rx is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment processor in connection with deposits. Transaction fees, where applicable, are set by the relevant payment provider and are your responsibility.
7.5 All deposit amounts are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable. Where deposits are made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
8.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once all of the following conditions have been met: (a) KYC verification has been completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been fulfilled; (c) the Account is in good standing with no open disputes, restriction flags or pending security reviews; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold specified in the cashier section.
8.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent possible, as a fraud prevention measure. 777rx reserves the right to require additional verification before processing a withdrawal request.
8.3 Processing times vary by withdrawal method and are subject to the operator's internal review queue. No guaranteed processing timeframes are stated in these Terms. Indicative processing windows, where provided, are best-effort estimates only.
8.4 Withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the User's own name will not be processed. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited under all circumstances.
8.5 777rx reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with AML obligations. The User will be notified of any documents required to complete such review.
9.1 From time to time, 777rx may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other promotional rewards ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer ("Bonus Terms"), which form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.
9.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Bonus Terms:
9.3 777rx reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not materially prejudice Users who have already commenced qualifying wagering activity under the relevant Bonus Terms.
9.4 Any attempt to exploit a Promotion through abuse, collusion, use of automated tools, or other dishonest methods constitutes a breach of these Terms. 777rx reserves the right to cancel any Bonus and associated winnings where such abuse is suspected or confirmed.
10.1 Wagers placed through 777rx are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, game or market, as published within the relevant section of the Platform ("Product Rules"). Product Rules may be updated from time to time.
All sports bets, including cricket markets (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other events, are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion and are subject to live-market availability. Odds are presented in decimal format and reflect the potential total return per unit staked (inclusive of stake).
Live dealer games are operated under the rules of the relevant game studio or provider. Results are generated in real time by licensed live studio operations. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer round, the operator's void-round policy will apply as specified in the live casino rules section.
All slots and virtual game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. Results are independent and past outcomes do not influence future results.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, payout calculation or any other technical malfunction, 777rx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings paid in error are not considered valid and may be reclaimed from the Account balance.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
11.2 777rx employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, 777rx reserves the right to take any combination of the following actions: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balance, recovery of amounts paid in error, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
12.1 Closure by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 777rx support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any pending KYC requirements and the withdrawal conditions set out in Clause 8.
12.2 Suspension or Closure by 777rx. 777rx may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your Account in any of the following circumstances: (a) suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; (b) suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; (c) receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction; (d) failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe; (e) legal, regulatory or security requirements; or (f) any other reason at 777rx's reasonable discretion.
12.3 Where an Account is closed by 777rx due to a confirmed breach, any balance in the Account (including Real Money and Bonus Funds) may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
12.4 You may also request temporary self-exclusion or a cooling-off period as part of responsible gambling measures. These requests are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy.
13.1 777rx is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.
13.2 Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a method of generating income, recovering previous losses or resolving financial difficulties.

14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute or republish any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software; (c) create derivative works based on Platform content; or (d) use any Platform content for commercial purposes without 777rx's prior written consent.
14.3 The 777rx brand name, logo and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 777rx. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777rx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or financial loss, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if 777rx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15.2 777rx makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or continuously available. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. 777rx will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but cannot guarantee uptime.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777rx's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15.4 Your total financial exposure in using the Platform is limited to the funds you have deposited. Gambling involves risk. 777rx does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
16.1 777rx processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
16.2 Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration details, KYC documentation, financial transaction records and usage data. This data is used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and service improvement.

17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777rx holds its operating licence ("Governing Jurisdiction"). The Governing Jurisdiction is determined by the operator's applicable international licensing arrangement.
17.2 For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws. These Terms do not confer any right to gamble in Pakistan and do not constitute a representation that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Use of the Platform from Pakistan is entirely at the User's own risk and legal responsibility.
17.3 Any dispute arising between you and 777rx shall first be referred to the 777rx support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under the Governing Jurisdiction's applicable regulatory framework.
18.1 777rx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
18.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1.
